Return Policy and Process

 

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are refunded via store credit. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to 4SCollections at 665 S. Pear Orchard Rd. #106-191, Ridgeland, MS 39157.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned. 4SCOLLECTIONS reserves the right to refuse all refunds.

How Much Is Shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Once you add the items to your cart and check out, you will be offered the Shipping Method choices and prices

 

What is considered eligible for return

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. 

 

Can I exchange items? 

If there is a problem with your item(s) you may exchange that item with the same item if in stock. If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out to customer service email by clicking here We aim to respond to all requests within 72 hours. 

 

What is Store Returns Policy

We do not provide refunds. We will accept exchanges within 7 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. Any items listed as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 72 hours if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and issue store credit.

 

4SCollections diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, smoke or perfume and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit or an exchange.
