We are unable to offer refunds. If there is a problem with your item(s) you may exchange that item with
the same item. Please note, 4SCOLLECTIONS reserves the right to refuse all refunds.

If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out to customer services at by emailing us here. We aim to respond to all requests within 72 hours.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect you order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the items is
defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct you
shipment or issue store/refund if the item(s) is no longer in stock.
